What is agent transfer?

When the AI cannot resolve a query, it seamlessly transfers the call to a human agent. Available on Growth and Scale plans.

Do you support regional languages?

Growth plan includes Hindi + English + 2 regional languages. Scale plan supports all languages available via Sarvam AI.

Is there a contract or lock-in?
